We regularly collaborate with local tradespeople on fireplace, stove and media wall projects. Whether you are fitting a media wall and need a quality fire unit sourced and supplied, building out an alcove around a fireplace, or simply looking for a reliable specialist to refer your customers to, we are here to make your job easier and your customers happier.

An extra pair of hands when you need it
Not sure which fire will work best in the media wall you’re building? We’re always happy to help you choose the right appliance. With over 20 years of experience, we can point you in the right direction on product selection. For technical elements like clearances, flue positioning and installation – particularly on the solid fuel side – these must be signed off by a suitably qualified installer in line with the manufacturer’s instructions and current regulations. We can share guidance, but the responsibility for correct installation sits with the fitter on site.

Bring your customers to our Ashford showroom to see fires and stoves in person before they commit. Having a real, working demonstration makes the sales conversation significantly easier and gives your customer the confidence to proceed.
